Double pass Medical RO with Heat Disinfection System is a well established and most preferred form of dialysis for treating the patients with acute renal malfunctioning Our technologically advanced designing of plants, double pass medical RO plant (two stage RO purification system [the raw water passes through pre treatment, MGF, ACF, water softener and micron filter cartridge and enters first pass RO system and the permeate RO water of 1st Pass again passes through the 2nd pass RO Plant]) including UV system and pleated cartridge, helps in removing 97-99% of the impurities present in water, thus, providing the endotoxin free , AAMI standard, ultrapure output water required for carrying out the process of Hemodialysis, CSSD, ICU and ITU uses. The RO system is hot water sanitizable up to 80 degree C, ensuring high quality, without using chemicals in dialysis permeate water loop. The permeate water tank is made of Stainless Steel 304 / 316 graded, conical bottom with insulated jacket to sustain the temperature up to 80 degree C. During hemodialysis, it contains no contaminants, so that the water which passes the blood stream of the patient has the assurance of absolute purity.
